Chessbury Estates was established as an independent Estate Agency in July of 1991, with a view to providing a refreshingly honest and professional service to our clients The principals of the company are Tracy Brown and James Alexander, who take the roles of Managing Director and Company Secretary respectively. Tracy and James also deal with all the Land and New Homes projects for Chessbury Estates, not only by overseeing sites being sold in Chesham, but also managing the marketing aspect of a large number of new developments ranging from large townhouses in Ealing Broadway, through to a selection of 36 stylish apartments in Tring, Hertfordshire. Chris Geary is the Sales Manager for the Chesham office, and is an experienced homes valuer. Chris works alongside Russ Long, our Sales Negotiator. Together they make an excellent team, which is continuing to offer a far more personal service than is normally offered by other local Estate Agents. We do not require our clients to sign lengthy contracts, and because we are confident our customer service will speak for itself, we do not require the tie-in period needed by so many other Agents. Chrissy Narraway oversees our Lettings Department, which surpasses the services offered by our competitors in a number of ways. First and foremost, being based in Chesham itself, it makes it easier for Chrissy to keep her eye on the current market conditions. Some of our larger competitors do not have Lettings Departments based in Chesham; they can be based in Amersham, or even as far afield as Gerrards Cross! All in all, Chessbury Estates has continued to go from strength to strength over the past few years, and we continue to pride ourselves on being able to offer our clients the highest degree of personal service and professional advice. |
